Delivery schedule
Books for subscriptions are sent out twice per month, on the second Wednesday of the month and on the fourth Wednesday of the month.
When the book will be sent out depends on when the subscription was purchased (or when the questionnaire was completed if you asked us to email it to the child's parents). If the subscription was purchased or questionnaire completed after the third Wednesday of the month and before the first Wednesday, the book will be sent on the second Wednesday. If the subscription was purchased or questionnaire completed after the first Wednesday and before the third Wednesday, the book will be sent on the fourth Wednesday.
Book bundles are sent out twice-weekly, on Mondays and Thursdays. Order by midnight on Thursday and your book bundle will be sent the following Monday. Order by midnight on Monday and your book will be sent the following Thursday.
Books are sent with Australia Post - tracking details will be emailed by Australia Post when the book is sent.
Returns
If the child already owns a book they are sent, it can be returned free-of-charge for an exchange.
We'll provide a return via Australia Post free-of-charge, just get in contact with us via the contact form or at hello@farawaybooks.com.au to organise the return.
Books must be in as-new condition to be eligible for an exchange.
